This custom home will become the personal residence of one of our Architectural Associates, Asadawut Boonrat. With such high demand for housing and a shortage of inventory, housing costs have soared to record highs. The housing market in Prescott, AZ is 43% higher than the national average. Arizona also saw an increase of homelessness, up 23% from 2020-2022 due to a lack of affordable housing. All of this considered, Asadawut saw an opportunity to develop a home plan that could meet his needs and be built efficiently and affordably.
In addition to being a cost conscious build, this home was designed with high energy efficiency, low-maintenance, and sustainability at the center of its priorities.
