TRIVOVA Hotel + Container Park

An innovative hotel concept, focusing on sustainability and community

An answer to today’s vacation rental options (think AirBNB and Vrbo), the TRIVOVA Hotel + Container Park is a uniquely designed shared space, considering both the needs of the tourist and community member. It’s a cost-friendly business solution that observes the challenges of building costs and availability of materials by reusing shipping containers as the main structure.

Within the container park itself (featured in the above images), community members and hotel guests can enjoy local eats, breweries, and wineries. Entertainment is key, a solution to sustaining cash flow during dry tourism seasons while investing in the local economy.

Individual “pods” will reside in and around the container park, delivering privacy when guests desire it. Each pod will have its own design theme, and guests can view and reserve their preferred pod on a website. (A special honeymoon suite is a featured option.)

To keep rates low at TRIVOVA, self service is essential. Like an AirBNB or Vrbo rental, staff is minimal with the exception of a cleaning crew, who will sanitize and prepare each pod for its next guest. To eliminate the need for front desk support, guests will receive a special code to access their unit after they have made their reservation.
